One of the most important things when it comes to nail polish is the application. Here are some helpful tips to help you with your manicure.
HOW TO APPLY THERMAL NAIL POLISH
This is how to apply regular polish:
- Mix the polish thoroughly. Before polishing your nails, gently mix the bottle of nail polish. Rub it upside down between your hands for about 2 minutes. This way all of the pigments will be mixed really well. Do this before each use for best results.
- Lightly buff your natural nail before the nail polish application. This will help the base coat to adhere properly.
- Apply a base coat and let dry.
- Paint on two or three light layers. Let the polish dry between layers.
- Apply the thermal nail polish color slowly and steady onto the nail or nail tip. Avoid going over the same area over and over because this will cause streaks and dimpling.
- Do not flood the cuticles. Try to make sure there is only enough polish on the brush to cover the nail without getting too much into the cuticle area and the sides.
- Apply a top coat.
- Remove extra polish with acetone. If you get any thermal nail polish onto the outside of your nail or into your cuticles you can remove it with some acetone and small nail brush or cotton swab.
