Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period. We strive to ship all items very quickly, however, in rare cases, shipping can take a bit longer. All orders are backed with a guarantee. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, you automatically quality for a full refund or reship free of charge.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also access orders from your account.

Can I change my order?

You sure can! You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us right away.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

This is extremely rare but if this happens, contact us right away with your order number. We will require a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging. The damaged item must be sent back and we will pay for return shipping. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report the issue. We will re-ship the same item at no cost to you once we have the damaged item back for inspection.
